Description: www.myspace.com/ericarcenaux The combination of an effortless low breath and a fully relaxed throat allows the vocal folds to vibrate freely. The exercises mentioned on this part of the video aid in training the tongue to remain gently arched upward and forward, while relaxing the back of the throat. |

Sannesatan ::: Favorites Hi there. I'm singer in a heavy metal-band, I think your excercises are great. It's just one problem. I got one infenction and my throat is really broke. I can't sing in a high pitch anymore, when I try to go higher everything get's raspy and unstrong. When I try to go up in falsetto it just cracks. Got any tips? I really need help. Cheers from Sweden! / Alexi. 07-09-11 02:48:48 __________________________________________________
EricArceneaux ::: Favorites Clearing your throat does not automatically cause injury. Forcefully clearing your throat, however, will most certainly cause the vocal folds to swell and become irritated. If you must clear your throat, try to do so as gently as possible. I strongly suggest drinking lots more water, if phlegm is a major issue for you. 07-09-10 23:35:26 __________________________________________________
