This video is from Book 1 from Fire Emblem: Monshou no Nazo (or FE3)
The game contains two parts (both parts starring Marth), Book 1, the first part, is a remake of the first Fire Emblem.
The reason why I decided to upload a video where he gets hit is because if he dodges (you would see the dodge animation) but his second attack would be just like the first one.

You can't expect everything to be spot on in a SNES game, can you? Besides, in something that small, you can't expect Falchion to look exactly like it's official art. And who cares if Marth has no pants? That was his original design. >_>

You're an idiot. This is FE3 for SNES, which is both a remake of the NES Fire Emblem, and a sequel. The 1st portion of the game is the remake, the 2nd part's the sequel. Graphics aren't everything, compare Sonic 3K with the PS3/360 Sonic game.
