utjjjbbb ::: Favorites Well done, but look more closely at court rulings on the income tax. The Supreme Ct has interpreted the 16th amendment to include tax on all income. Russo is wrong on this...but that doesn't mean it can't be repealed! The founding fathers didn't want an apportioned tax at all so they put it in the document. ProspectorSam ::: Favorites Word. Look how many "income" tax cases the feds lose (Tom Cryer's is the most recent) PURELY because they DON'T provide the law that is supposedly being violated. A whole trial, and a LOSS, instead of simply pointing to the statute in question? Does that make ANY sense? Only if the statute IS NOT THERE. BTW, the Browns have only 1 demand.
