utjjjbbb ::: Favorites But the Supreme Ct has recognized it as valid. I'd love to see a challenge to it's validity...but who'd gonna do it? Agree on Russo. We lost a true, dedicated patriot last week. 07-09-06 23:14:03 __________________________________________________
mmary100 ::: Favorites the 16th amendment was never ratified by enough states to pass it. You must have missed that in the film by Aaron Russo, late great American Hero. 07-09-06 15:44:15 __________________________________________________
utjjjbbb ::: Favorites Well done, but look more closely at court rulings on the income tax. The Supreme Ct has interpreted the 16th amendment to include tax on all income. Russo is wrong on this...but that doesn't mean it can't be repealed! At the very least, the IRS needs to be much more transparent and accessible. 07-08-17 00:18:16 __________________________________________________
leitermann ::: Favorites oh LIBEL, haha 07-08-16 12:24:16 __________________________________________________
sasquatch989 ::: Favorites The scary thing is that they had to pass an amendment to make it constitutional to tax income. The founding fathers didn't want an apportioned tax at all so they put it in the document. That itself speaks to the horrible immorality of the whole thing. 07-08-10 16:54:18 __________________________________________________
itsjustadeer ::: Favorites I share your opinions. Great video. 07-08-08 18:02:35 __________________________________________________
HitchensFanatic ::: Favorites It's Libel, not Liable. :) 07-08-06 14:42:44 __________________________________________________
ProspectorSam ::: Favorites Nice straw man. :-) Nobody's asking for a law that says we have to obey other laws. We're talking about the law that we're supposedly supposed to BE OBEYING in the first place. WHERE is THAT law? The 16th Amendment, controversies aside, makes no demand on anyone. 07-07-15 16:51:59 __________________________________________________
ProspectorSam ::: Favorites Word. Look how many "income" tax cases the feds lose (Tom Cryer's is the most recent) PURELY because they DON'T provide the law that is supposedly being violated. A whole trial, and a LOSS, instead of simply pointing to the statute in question? Does that make ANY sense? Only if the statute IS NOT THERE. BTW, the Browns have only 1 demand. Wanna guess what it is? RP 08 FTW 07-07-15 16:49:30 __________________________________________________
Pattyblueiz ::: Favorites The Tax code itself was adopted as a whole by congress into law in 1954 and changes to the code require congressional approval. But no there is now law that says you have to obey the law as that is redundant. 07-07-14 23:10:37 __________________________________________________ |
