I love Jon - but he is unaware, despite how talented, articulate, and seemingly poignient he always is - of his actual affect on the national conversation, in media, the news, and politics. He's been humbled so much, he's blind to his own influences - despite how much I understand his reluctance at wanting those mantles of responcibility.
