homemade1234 ::: Favorites Make sure you follow through, I see your other videos your hand shoots back to ground, keep that hand raised, you will get a smoother release 07-06-16 12:19:51 __________________________________________________
bergmann314 ::: Favorites Thanks for the comments guys, I've been working on my technique a lot since I'm a pretty new bowler...Hopefully I'll be able to get some newer videos up soon. 07-06-05 16:04:12 __________________________________________________
junowhoim ::: Favorites i agree with the comments above. I'd also add that when you get your hand behind the ball, don't overrotate your hand. the thumb shouldn't rotate past 12 o'clock position, and use your fingers to drive the rotation. should help you get a heavier roll with a little more forwardness to it. 07-06-05 12:11:17 __________________________________________________
jdyson0287 ::: Favorites yeah you shouldn't be bowling with a "broken" wrist. keep your hand firm and in line with the rest of your arm. You'll be "underneath" the ball more and you'll get better lift, better revs and more strikes. Also you risk some injuries as your fingers are taking all the weight of the ball where as if you keep your hand perpendicular to the floor your taking away some of that strain. 07-05-23 19:32:07 __________________________________________________
bugattibowler ::: Favorites Yeah, your hand should be in the back of the ball. 07-05-18 22:30:23 __________________________________________________
urrie ::: Favorites hold it more to the side. rather than the top 07-05-03 06:31:54 __________________________________________________ |
