At a set time, you get everyone that's in attendance at the straw poll and have them form lines at the booth of their candidate. Once the lines are formed you put a poll volunteer at the end of the line to insure nobody gets back in line. Then you unveil the voting machine which is just a simple turnstile that counts like you see at theme parks. Then have each booth post the count.
