I have to reming myself that its not supposed to have four feet of water, and think about how my favorite buildings in my home would look like flooded. Also, its generally not safe for people to wade around in flood water. For non-USA readers: FEMA is the USA's federal agency who is supposed to help people when there are natural disasters.
