This is bullshit. You burn calories typing on the computer, breathing, talking, and even eating. In fact, running and lifting and other strenuous exercises burn calories afterwards in the recuperation and healing processes after said exercises. Just another guy trying to sell another book

not even close to a new idea. and there's alot more to dieting than just pure calories, nutrition levels of food are far more important than just how much energy is in it! stop buying into the diet fad and just eat right instead.
