Description:

Mix of today's Fox News lies and John Edwards on CNN exposing and putting the lies to rest. This is what Edwards gets for coming out and speaking truth against Rupert Murdoch and his media consolidation empire. O'Reilly stand-in Michelle Malkin completely smears John Edwards with the same lies that CNN's Wolf Blitzer had obviously also been fed, and Edwards responded. He turns the tables right back at Rupert Murdoch and how he operates and why it is so important that one person not control so much of our media and this very smear campaign of lies against him is a perfect example of what Murdoch will do when someone comes out against him. Amazing - Edwards thinks people actually buy into this. He has an answer for everything.

Murdoch makes gazillions off the hatemongering he promotes via his 'Faux News' channel. He exposes the fetid underbelly of a distasteful group of people eager for Bloviating Billo and other Faux talking heads to legitimize their hate. He cares not a whit about his viewing audience beyond their intrinsic role as a major source of his wealth. Whenever I see someone post herein that "the left is hysterical" or that "the Far Left" hates America, I know they're drinking Falafel Boy's kool-aid.

BTW, Michelle Malkin is a pathetic parody. Anyone who considers her a legitimate journalist should look up the phrase 'hoist on his own petard' to see just where Malkin lands on the hypocrisy scale.

So, how come so many Americans watch fox? How come so many Americans use Fox as their *only* source of news? It is, therefore, compelling to say the least.

Good question, Max. If you're of the generation that grew up glued to the television set, you might recognize the power of the medium to distort people's perspective of just what is entertaining. Also, a vast majority of adults test morally and ethically on the level of a 13 YO: concrete thinking, relationship trust issues and rampant hedonism--there's your Bloviating Billo crowd.

Malkin's smarmy, holier-than-thou pontificating turns my stomach. I wonder if she kisses her children with that nasty mouth.

Great to hear Edwards talk about this, if these outlets would invest in some quality journalism and stop touting the number of stories they run per hour, people might get some historical perspective on the issues we are facing rather than the race to find the cheapest fare that makes the most money we are seeing today

Yes Malkin as usual is devoid of looking at something from a fair viewpoint... She's always been a blind ideologue, no surprise there. But Wolf is starting to act like a corporate tool lately. ~4:08 How can Wolf be so blind as not to see that the corporate media (esp. Fox) is trying to stifle Edwards point. Fox and others aren't talking about media monopolies rather they are subverting that discussion by trying to paint Edwards as a hypocrite.
